Make your selections by checking off the box next to the design you would like. When you're done, just fill in the information at the bottom, hit "Send my Order" and we will confirm your order. Optionally, you may also print this form out, fill it in, and mail it along with your payment to:

For your shopping convenience, this giftshop allows payments via personal checks, money orders, or PayPal.

To order with PayPal, simply choose which items you wish to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button below them. To check out, click on the View Cart button, and click on the CHECKOUT button in the window that appears, showing the total of your order.
