I absolutely LOVE thunderstorms! I look forward to them every summer. When I was out photographing Sable Knight Kruiser of Sable Morgan Horse Farm, I knew I just HAD to paint him against this beautiful and inspiring backdrop. Kruiser and his daddy, Boogie Beam, have been models in most of my black horse paintings. They embody the spirit of The Black for me, my lifelong childhood dream horse.
