Currently I am living in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. I have organized and participated in the USDF "L" learner judge program while in Washington state. I have earned my Bronze and Silver USDF medals and have two scores toward the Gold medal, the highest award of the United States Dressage Federation. I judge schooling shows, pony club shows, and teach adult amateur students in dressage. My students average 67% scores at their competitions.

June 8, 2008 -- Sypher and I earned our final USDF Gold Medal score! In the history of the USDF medal program (started 1974) as of this date only 618 riders have achieved this goal. What I am most delighted with is that my horse is 22 years old, I got him as a yearling and we have progressed up the levels together. He is American bred (www.benedictionfarm.com ) and trained by an American amateur owner/rider (me--age 58). It hasn't been easy, as a matter of fact, it has been the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. There were lots of bumps in the road and lots of reasons to quit. But quitting is easy and doesn't accomplish anything. So now I will keep my promise to Sypher, he gets to retire from the Grand Prix show ring, and I will start the path again with his sister Symmetry (Bebe).
