• Featured Artist! Shannon was selected as their distinguished "Featured Artist" for The Cattlemen's 21th Anniversary Western Art Show & Sale, April 2011 in Paso Robles, California. The annual show includes 60 western artists presenting original works.
• DVD Commission! Knowing her connection to the bridle-horse world, vaquero horseman Richard Caldwell commissioned Shannon to paint the cover images for his latest DVDs - Stages of Training Series on Hackamore, Two-Rein and Straight-Up-in-the-Bridle.
